Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 2/3 or more of the work shift

Job Qualifications
- Ability to operate electric carts and use technology for tracking work orders
- Good physical stamina to handle lifting and prolonged standing or walking
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of safety and compliance protocols
- Willingness to follow ADA and Air Carrier Access Act requirements
- Military veterans and individuals with related experience encouraged to apply
Job Duties
- Transporting passengers needing electric cart assistance inside the airport terminal
- Assisting in lifting passengers requiring assistance and their belongings in and out of carts and/or aircraft passenger seats
- Effectively operating current technology required to track and process work orders
- Adhering to all ADA and Air Carrier Access Act non-discrimination requirements
- Complying with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, clients, and regulatory authorities
- Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Maintaining communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
