Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs
- Basic technology skills to operate work order tracking systems
- Willingness to work in a noisy airport environment
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to operate electric carts safely
- Knowledge of ADA and Air Carrier Access Act requirements
- Ability to follow safety and security protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Military experience is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds
Job Duties
- Transport passengers needing electric cart assistance inside the airport terminal
- Assist in lifting passengers requiring assistance and their belongings in and out of carts and/or aircraft passenger seats
- Effectively operate current technology required to track and process work orders
- Adhere to all ADA and Air Carrier Access Act non-discrimination requirements
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
