Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Basic technology skills to operate work order tracking systems
  • Willingness to work in a noisy airport environment
  • Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to operate electric carts safely
  • Knowledge of ADA and Air Carrier Access Act requirements
  • Ability to follow safety and security protocols
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Military experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds

Job Duties

  • Transport passengers needing electric cart assistance inside the airport terminal
  • Assist in lifting passengers requiring assistance and their belongings in and out of carts and/or aircraft passenger seats
  • Effectively operate current technology required to track and process work orders
  • Adhere to all ADA and Air Carrier Access Act non-discrimination requirements
  • Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
