Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • good driving record
  • ability to follow instructions and perform assigned tasks under limited supervision
  • aptitude to effectively work alone and with other team members in a team environment
  • ability to speak and understand English, and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Job Duties

  • Portray a positive attitude under all circumstances
  • understand and represent the core values of Apache Casino Hotel and live the mission of always providing exceptional service
  • welcome guests to the property, answer questions regarding the property, and practice and promote excellent guest service
  • drive shuttle cart from parking lot areas to main guest entrance and return to parking lot areas in accordance with established schedule
  • ensure guests are transported to and from the casino in a safe and efficient manner
  • work effectively with peers, team members, and regulatory agency personnel
  • understand and comply with all casino and departmental policies and procedures
  • perform other related duties as may be assigned by reporting supervisor
  • understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program
  • maintain regular attendance
  • work varying schedules including days, evenings, graveyards, holidays, and weekends as required
