Job Duties
- Portray a positive attitude under all circumstances
- understand and represent the core values of Apache Casino Hotel and live the mission of always providing exceptional service
- welcome guests to the property, answer questions regarding the property, and practice and promote excellent guest service
- drive shuttle cart from parking lot areas to main guest entrance and return to parking lot areas in accordance with established schedule
- ensure guests are transported to and from the casino in a safe and efficient manner
- work effectively with peers, team members, and regulatory agency personnel
- understand and comply with all casino and departmental policies and procedures
- perform other related duties as may be assigned by reporting supervisor
- understand and comply with the Eye, Hi, Goodbye program
- maintain regular attendance
- work varying schedules including days, evenings, graveyards, holidays, and weekends as required
