Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as pushing and pulling carts
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Availability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Reliable transportation or ability to commute to store location
- Willingness to follow safety and operational procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to operate cart retrieval equipment safely
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mid-shift and closing shifts
Job Duties
- Gather carts from the parking lot
- Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of shopping carts
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Work in all weather conditions
- Ensure safety regulations and store policies are followed
- Assist with other store tasks as needed
