Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Eligible to work in the United States
Previous restaurant experience strongly preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments
Ability to stand for extended periods
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Greet customers promptly and courteously at the carside takeout area
Prepare takeout orders accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure food quality and presentation meet Applebee's standards
Handle customer transactions and payment processing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeout area
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order preparation
Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
