Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and move with steady pace for up to four hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- Ability to wash hands frequently using disinfectant soap
- Commitment to adhere to health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing role is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests over the phone and in person with friendliness and professionalism
- Deliver carsides and to-go orders accurately and promptly
- Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work environment
- Follow health and safety protocols including use of protective gear
- Transport food and beverages safely to guests' vehicles
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
