Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand and move for up to 4 hours continuously
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- effective verbal communication skills
- willingness to wear protective gear and follow hygiene protocols
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is beneficial
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude and positive demeanor
- deliver carside and to-go orders accurately and timely
- make recommendations to guests to enhance their experience
- anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional customer service
- safely transport orders to vehicles while handling up to 50 pounds
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- follow company health and safety protocols throughout the shift
