Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to lift frequently up to 50 pounds and transport items up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during entire shift
- Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and team collaboration
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take and confirm to-go and carside orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and safely to guests' vehicles
- Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and sanitizing hands
