Job Description

Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to remain stationary and exhibit mobility for shifts up to four hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Commitment to health and safety practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service over the phone
- Deliver carsides and to-go orders with a smile and professionalism
- Make menu recommendations to guests
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly
- Safely lift and transport to-go bags and beverages
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and sanitizing regularly
