Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to remain mobile and stationary for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently

Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience a plus

Job Duties
- Greet guests over the phone with a friendly attitude
- Deliver carside and to-go orders promptly and with a smile
- Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs
- Uphold health and safety standards including wearing protective gear
- Lift and carry to-go bags and beverages safely
- Maintain clear communication with team members and guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction during every interaction
