Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and transport to-go bags weighing up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Must have reliable transportation to work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Duties
- Serve as guests’ first point of contact over the phone
- Deliver carside or to-go orders with a friendly and professional attitude
- Make menu recommendations to guests
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols including wearing protective coverings and frequent hand washing
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
