Job Requirements

Ability to remain stationary and mobile for up to four hours
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to transport to-go items weighing up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift
Ability to wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift
Ability to wear face masks during the entire shift
Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies safely
Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Commitment to health and safety guidelines
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Prior experience in food service is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and courteously over the phone and at delivery
Deliver carside and to-go orders efficiently with a positive attitude
Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by following health protocols
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Handle transactions and tips accurately
Assist in transporting food and beverages to vehicles safely
