Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to remain mobile for up to four hours per shift
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene through frequent hand washing
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Basic math skills for handling payments and tips
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact over the phone for carside orders
- Deliver carside and to-go orders promptly with a friendly demeanor
- Make recommendations and anticipate guest needs to enhance their experience
- Ensure orders are accurate and handled with care
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear
- Maintain cleanliness standards and assist with disinfecting duties during the shift
