Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for up to four hours
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow health and safety protocols including use of protective gear
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Willingness to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling payments and tips
Job Duties
- Greet guests enthusiastically and deliver friendly customer service
- Take carside and to-go orders accurately and promptly
- Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs
- Transport food and beverages safely to guest vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines rigorously
