Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- capable of standing and moving for up to four hours
- able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- able to follow health and safety protocols
- willing to wear protective hand and face coverings
- committed to making a positive impact at work
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- greet customers warmly over the phone and in person
- deliver carside and to-go orders accurately and promptly
- make menu recommendations to guests
- anticipate and respond to customer needs
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
- assist with order preparation when needed
