Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and maintain mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies regularly
- Commitment to punctuality and reliability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests over the phone and in person with a friendly demeanor
- Deliver carside and to-go orders accurately and efficiently
- Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Assist in handling payments and customer inquiries
