Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to transport to-go bags and beverages up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- Ability to handle disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to safety and health protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to teamwork and company core values

Job Duties
- Greet guests over the phone and in person with a friendly attitude
- Make recommendations to guests based on menu offerings
- Deliver carside and to-go orders promptly and accurately
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs to enhance their dining experience
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and sanitation practices
