Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Commitment to making an impact
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to carry to-go bags up to 15 pounds approximately 30 times per shift
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face masks, and comply with health protocols throughout shifts
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications

- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Basic physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests over the phone
- Deliver carside and to-go orders with a friendly attitude
- Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while engaging with guests
- Ensure orders are accurate and complete upon delivery
- Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective equipment
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing tasks as needed
