Job Description

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- physical ability to remain stationary and walk for up to four hours
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift
- willing to follow health and safety protocols
- flexible availability to work various shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- team-oriented attitude
- basic math skills for handling payments
- reliability and punctuality
Job Duties
- greet guests over the phone and in person with a friendly smile
- deliver carside and to-go orders accurately and promptly
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- anticipate and meet guest needs to enhance their experience
- transport orders safely between the kitchen and vehicles
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the shift
- communicate effectively with team members and customers
