Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate effectively with others
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings during shifts
Willingness to follow disinfectant cleaning procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and deliver carside or to-go orders promptly
Provide friendly service with a smile and make menu recommendations
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction
Follow safety and hygiene protocols including wearing protective gear
Lift and transport food and beverage orders safely
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
