Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and mobile for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently wash hands and use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Commitment to Flynn Group’s core values and customer service standards
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to handle physical requirements of the job

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take their carside or to-go orders effectively
- Make menu recommendations to guests to enhance their experience
- Deliver orders to guests’ vehicles promptly and with a positive attitude
- Anticipate and meet the needs of guests by maintaining clear communication
- Safely transport food and beverages to customers' cars following health and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth order flow
