Job Requirements
- Ability to remain stationary and mobile for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to transport 15-pound to-go bags multiple times per shift
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Commitment to excellent guest service
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously over the phone and in person
- Deliver carside and to-go orders accurately and efficiently
- Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols including use of protective gear
- Transport to-go bags and beverages to guest vehicles
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Handle payment transactions and tips with integrity
