Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- physical ability to remain mobile for up to four hours at a time
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely
- willingness to wear protective gloves and masks
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- commitment to maintaining health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience beneficial but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- friendly and outgoing demeanor
- basic math skills for handling tips and payments
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly over the phone and in person
- deliver carside or to-go orders promptly and with a smile
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- anticipate guest needs and provide excellent customer service
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards while handling food and beverages
- communicate effectively with team members and management
- adhere to health and safety protocols
