Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols including wearing protective equipment
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Greet guests and handle carside or to-go order deliveries with a friendly attitude
- Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards while working
- Safely lift and transport orders weighing up to 50 pounds
- Wear protective gear and follow health protocols throughout shifts
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
