Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
- physical ability to remain mobile and lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to comply with health and safety guidelines including wearing masks and hand hygiene
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling payment and orders
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Greet guests politely and take orders over the phone
- deliver carside and to-go orders with a friendly and professional attitude
- make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- ensure accuracy and timeliness of order delivery
- follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear
- handle physical tasks such as lifting and transporting orders up to 50 pounds
- communicate effectively with team members to support smooth operations
