Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to remain on feet and be mobile for up to four hours
- Willingness to wear protective gear and follow hygiene protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Friendly with a positive attitude
- Capable of handling physical demands of the job

Job Duties
- Greet guests over the phone and in-person with a friendly attitude
- Deliver carside and to-go orders accurately and promptly
- Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Lift and transport orders safely to guest vehicles
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
