Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • minimum 2-3 years restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to read and write English
  • ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • ability to use math
  • ability to operate all equipment necessary for store operation
  • flexibility to work varied hours including holidays
  • ability to lift up to 80 pounds
  • physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and move about the facility
  • willingness to rotate to other locations
  • knowledge of company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • training in all aspects of the Carry Out including prep work, steam and pizza
  • thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
  • ability to speak Spanish a plus
  • minimum 2-3 years restaurant experience strongly preferred but not mandatory
  • must read and write English
  • ability to follow and assign verbal and written instructions
  • ability to use math

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to lead team members and get results through others
  • operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
  • work varied hours/days including holidays to oversee operations
  • balance labor to spreadsheets and explain variances daily
  • create a safe, fun, efficient, positive team orientated environment
  • shape the culture of the Carry Out and work towards high team member engagement and guest satisfaction
  • assist with achieving budgeted financial goals including income, sales, costs
  • assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members
  • maintain team member performance appraisals, discipline, and termination
  • implement and supervise responsible and ethical cash management including daily deposit
  • coordinate special events, drop-off catering and carry out orders
  • implement store promotions
  • handle inventory maintenance, purchasing, and receiving
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness guidelines
  • monitor and maintain high quality of service and food
  • supervise repair and maintenance of the store and address safety concerns
  • provide timely feedback regarding service failures or guest concerns
  • ensure location is prepared daily in all areas including kitchen, food prep, cleanliness, and staffing
  • attend required weekly, monthly and ad-hoc meetings
  • delegate responsibilities with approval from General or District Manager
  • perform any other assigned responsibilities
