Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum 2 to 3 years restaurant experience strongly preferred but not mandatory
- required to read and write English
- follow and assign verbal and written instructions
- use math
- training in all aspects of the carry out including prep work, steam and pizza
- must have thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
- ability to speak Spanish a plus

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to lead team members and get results through others
- operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
- work varied hours/days including holidays to oversee operations
- balance labor to spreadsheets and explain variances daily
- create a safe, fun, efficient, positive team orientated environment
- shape the culture of the Carry Out to achieve high team engagement and guest satisfaction
- assist with achieving all budgeted financial goals including income, sales, and costs
- assist with interviewing, hiring, training and developing team members
- maintain team member performance appraisals, discipline, and termination
- implement and supervise responsible and ethical cash management including daily cash income deposit
- coordinate special events, drop-off catering and carry out orders
- implement store promotions
- maintain inventory, purchasing, and receiving
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness guidelines
- monitor and maintain high quality of service and food
- supervise store repair and maintenance
- report and address safety concerns
- provide timely feedback to supervisor regarding guest concerns
- ensure the location is prepared daily including kitchen, food, prep work, cleanliness, and staffing
- attend required weekly, monthly and ad-hoc meetings
- delegate responsibilities with approval from General or District Manager
- perform other assigned responsibilities as needed
