Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • minimum 2 to 3 years restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory
  • required to read and write English
  • ability to follow and assign verbal and written instructions
  • ability to use math
  • training in all aspects of the carry out including prep work, steam and pizza
  • must have thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
  • ability to speak Spanish a plus

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate ability to lead team members and get results through others
  • operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
  • work varied hours and days including holidays to oversee operations
  • balance labor to spreadsheets and explain variances daily
  • create a safe, fun, efficient, positive team oriented environment
  • shape the culture of the Carry Out and work towards high team engagement and guest satisfaction
  • assist with achieving budgeted financial goals including income, sales, and costs
  • interview, hire, train, and develop team members
  • maintain team member performance appraisals, discipline, and termination
  • implement and supervise responsible cash management including balancing and making daily deposits
  • coordinate special events, drop-off catering and carry out orders
  • implement store promotions
  • manage inventory, purchasing and receiving
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness
  • monitor service and food quality
  • supervise repair and maintenance of the store
  • report and address safety concerns
  • provide feedback to supervisor on service failures or guest concerns
  • ensure location is prepared for daily business needs
  • attend required meetings
  • delegate responsibilities with approval as needed
  • perform other assigned duties
