Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum 2 to 3 years restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory
- required to read and write English
- ability to follow and assign verbal and written instructions
- ability to use math
- training in all aspects of the carry out including prep work, steam and pizza
- must have thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
- ability to speak Spanish a plus

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to lead team members and get results through others
- operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
- work varied hours and days including holidays to oversee operations
- balance labor to spreadsheets and explain variances daily
- create a safe, fun, efficient, positive team oriented environment
- shape the culture of the Carry Out and work towards high team engagement and guest satisfaction
- assist with achieving budgeted financial goals including income, sales, and costs
- interview, hire, train, and develop team members
- maintain team member performance appraisals, discipline, and termination
- implement and supervise responsible cash management including balancing and making daily deposits
- coordinate special events, drop-off catering and carry out orders
- implement store promotions
- manage inventory, purchasing and receiving
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness
- monitor service and food quality
- supervise repair and maintenance of the store
- report and address safety concerns
- provide feedback to supervisor on service failures or guest concerns
- ensure location is prepared for daily business needs
- attend required meetings
- delegate responsibilities with approval as needed
- perform other assigned duties
