Job Requirements
- Ability to freely access all areas of the Carry Out including kitchen, office, delivery and stock areas
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, stoop, climb and move about the facility
- ability to stand approximately 90 percent of the workday
- manual dexterity
- ability to lift and move goods weighing 0-80 pounds
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum 2-3 years restaurant experience preferred
- required to read and write English
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- flexible to work varied hours and holidays
- willingness to work extra days and hours as needed
- ability to rotate to other locations
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
- training in all aspects of the Carry Out including prep work, steam, and pizza

Job Duties
- Demonstrate ability to lead team members and get results through others
- operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
- work varied hours including holidays to oversee operations
- balance labor to spreadsheets and explain variances daily
- create a safe, fun, efficient, positive team orientated environment
- shape the culture of the Carry Out for high team member engagement and guest satisfaction
- assist with achieving budgeted financial goals including income, sales, costs
- assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members
- maintain team member performance appraisals, discipline, and termination
- implement and supervise responsible and ethical cash management
- coordinate special events, drop-off catering, and carry out orders
- implement store promotions
- manage inventory, purchasing and receiving
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness guidelines
- monitor and maintain the high quality of service and food
- supervise repair and maintenance of the store
- report and address safety concerns
- provide timely feedback to supervisor regarding service failures or guest concerns
- prepare the location daily based on business needs including kitchen, food preparation, cleanliness, and staffing
- attend required meetings
- delegate responsibilities with approval
- perform any other assigned responsibilities
