Job Duties
- Answer phone and take food orders over the phone
- perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change
- operate registers, point of sale, and credit card terminals
- memorize product locations throughout the store and be able to direct customers or make suggestions
- learn food and beverage menu
- maintain accurate cash drawer
- keep the checkout area clean and orderly
