Job Duties

  • greet all guests in a friendly warm and welcoming manner
  • understand and utilize menu knowledge and situational selling techniques when placing orders for carryout guests
  • package food and beverage orders condiments and appropriate items promptly and accurately following company standards
  • communicate professionally with guests to determine their needs and help with menu selections
  • wear a headset to communicate with managers and teammates to expedite guest experience
  • handle cash and credit transactions accurately accounting for all receivables including cash credit cards coupons and gift cards
  • practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain cleanliness
  • keep carry out area clean of debris and keep general work area stocked and clean
  • safely handle food prep equipment such as beverage machines salad cases etc
  • monitor cleanliness organization and stock levels of bakery and retail areas
  • effectively handle guest complaints and involve manager when appropriate
  • answer phone calls using company script quickly and friendly
  • accurately input carry out orders into the computer system
  • assist in expediting and delivery of meals to dine-in guests
  • assist in greeting and escorting guests to tables
  • assist in cashing guests out if cashier is unavailable
  • assist with pre-bussing tables rolling silverware or other needed tasks
  • perform all other assigned duties
