Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years related experience in a restaurant or customer service setting
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Familiarity with food safety practices

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner
  • Utilize menu knowledge and situational selling techniques for carryout orders
  • Package food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
  • Communicate professionally with guests to assist with menu selections
  • Wear headset to communicate with managers and teammates
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain cleanliness
  • Keep carryout area and workspaces clean and stocked
  • Safely operate food prep equipment such as beverage machines and salad cases
  • Monitor cleanliness and stock levels of bakery and retail areas
  • Handle guest complaints effectively and involve management as needed
  • Answer phone calls using company script promptly
  • Accurately input carryout orders into the computer system
  • Assist in expediting and delivering meals to dine-in guests
  • Assist in greeting and seating guests
  • Assist in cashier duties when needed
  • Assist with pre-bussing tables, rolling silverware, and other support tasks
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
