Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods without rest

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years related experience in a restaurant or customer service setting
- Strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Familiarity with food safety practices
Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner
- Utilize menu knowledge and situational selling techniques for carryout orders
- Package food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Communicate professionally with guests to assist with menu selections
- Wear headset to communicate with managers and teammates
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain cleanliness
- Keep carryout area and workspaces clean and stocked
- Safely operate food prep equipment such as beverage machines and salad cases
- Monitor cleanliness and stock levels of bakery and retail areas
- Handle guest complaints effectively and involve management as needed
- Answer phone calls using company script promptly
- Accurately input carryout orders into the computer system
- Assist in expediting and delivering meals to dine-in guests
- Assist in greeting and seating guests
- Assist in cashier duties when needed
- Assist with pre-bussing tables, rolling silverware, and other support tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
