Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods without rest or sitting
- Ability to push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years related restaurant experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant environment
- Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Dependability and exceptional teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner
- Understand and utilize menu knowledge and situational selling techniques when placing orders for carryout guests
- Package food and beverage orders, condiments, and appropriate items promptly and accurately according to company standards
- Communicate professionally with guests to determine their needs and assist with menu selections
- Wear a headset to communicate with managers and teammates to help expedite the guest experience
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, including cash, credit cards, coupons, and gift cards
- Practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain cleanliness of carry out and general work areas
- Safely handle food prep equipment such as beverage machines and salad cases
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of bakery and retail areas
- Effectively handle guest complaints and involve management at appropriate times
- Answer phone calls using company script in a fast and friendly manner
- Accurately input carry out orders into the computer system
- Assist in expediting and delivering meals to dine-in guests
- Assist in greeting guests and escorting them to tables
- Assist in cashing guests out in absence of a cashier
- Assist with pre-bussing tables and rolling silverware
- May be asked to assist in other job categories as needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned
