Job Requirements
- 0-2 years related experience
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods without rest

Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner
- Utilize menu knowledge and situational selling techniques when placing carryout orders
- Package food, beverage, condiments, and appropriate items promptly and accurately
- Communicate professionally with guests to assist with menu selections
- Wear headset to communicate with managers and teammates to expedite guest experience
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain cleanliness
- Keep carryout and general work areas clean and stocked
- Safely handle food prep equipment such as beverage machines and salad cases
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of bakery and retail areas
- Effectively handle guest complaints and involve manager when necessary
- Answer phone calls using company script quickly and kindly
- Accurately input carryout orders into computer system
- Assist in expediting and delivering meals to dine-in guests
- Assist in greeting and escorting guests to tables
- Assist with cashing out guests and other needed tasks
- Perform all assigned duties reliably and with teamwork.
