Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods without rest

- 0-2 years related experience in a restaurant or customer service setting
- Strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, menu items, and standard practices
- Ability to utilize situational selling techniques and product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability and strong teamwork orientation
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Capable of operating food preparation equipment safely
Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner
- Understand and utilize menu knowledge and situational selling when placing carryout orders
- Package food and beverage orders accurately and promptly ensuring proper preparation
- Communicate professionally with guests to determine their needs
- Wear a headset to communicate with managers and team members to expedite service
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately including coupons and gift cards
- Practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain cleanliness
- Keep carry out area and general work areas clean and well stocked
- Safely operate food prep equipment such as beverage machines and salad cases
- Monitor cleanliness and stock levels of bakery and retail areas
- Effectively handle guest complaints and involve management as necessary
- Answer phone calls using company scripts quickly and friendly
- Accurately input carryout orders into the computer system
- Assist in expediting and delivering meals to dine-in guests
- Support greeting guests, escorting to tables, cashing out, pre-bussing, rolling silverware and other assigned duties
