Job Duties
- follow all federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies regarding carry out café operations, safety, and sanitation
- provide attentive and courteous customer service by fulfilling customer questions about carry out café products
- maintain a clean as you go policy to ensure sanitary conditions at all times
- adhere to company policy through proper processing, preparation, and packaging of product
- maintain proper shelf, cooler, and case conditions, such as stocking, cleaning, and rotating product
- follow all store shrink guidelines with regard to keeping track of all discards
- ensure proper temperatures and working condition of cases as well as maintaining all equipment
- complete all necessary paperwork
- follow direction from the carry out café manager, perform tasks as assigned
