Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
- Possess basic computer skills
- Possess strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Previous food service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as company policies regarding Carry Out Café operations, safety, and sanitation
- Provide attentive and courteous customer service by fulfilling customer questions about Carry Out Café products (i.e.: ready-made meals, packaged salads and subs)
- Maintain a clean as you go policy to ensure sanitary conditions at all times
- Adhere to company policy through proper processing, preparation, and packaging of product (i.e.: following recipes and cooking instructions)
- Maintain proper shelf, cooler, and case conditions, such as stocking, cleaning, and rotating product
- Follow all store Shrink guidelines with regard to keeping track of all discards
- Ensure proper temperatures and working condition of cases (hot and cold) as well as maintaining all equipment
- Complete all necessary paperwork
- Follow direction from the Carry Out Café Manager, perform tasks as assigned
