- Good DMV record

Job Duties
- Manage residential carpet cleaning sales and service
- Educate clients on cleaning and healthy home solutions
- Upgrade customers from basic carpet cleaning to comprehensive home care
- Handle face-to-face customer transactions without cold calling
- Manage scheduling to optimize customer satisfaction
- Ensure physical tasks related to cleaning are performed effectively
- Maintain excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
