Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to reach, grasp, push, pull, crawl, crouch, bend, stretch, squat, and kneel as needed
- Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments with exposure to moderate to high noise levels
- Exposure to biohazards and/or chemicals
- Ability to hear and respond to spoken voice and audible alarms
- Ability to perform repetitive motions of arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Eligibility to acquire necessary credentials and clearances required by FAA, TSA, or other authorities
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Cleaning experience
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including iPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and stain removal on aircraft carpets using industrial equipment
- Inspect and plan cleaning procedures based on carpet condition and needs
- Operate and maintain carpet cleaning machines like steam cleaners and extractors
- Follow safety protocols for chemical use and equipment operation
- Coordinate cleaning schedules with airport staff to align with flight layovers
- Respond quickly to emergency spills and urgent cleaning requests
- Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
