Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender or in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Knowledge of bar safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
Job Duties
- Guide guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of items
- Take accurate orders and work with other team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
- Provide welcoming and attentive service that builds rapport with guests
- Assist in maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during high-volume periods
