Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a bartender or in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of bar safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting

Job Duties

  • Guide guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of items
  • Take accurate orders and work with other team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
  • Provide welcoming and attentive service that builds rapport with guests
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during high-volume periods
