Job Requirements
- Be 18 or older
- Have a Food Handler's Permit or be able to get one within 30 days
- Ability to lead by example and support others
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shifts
- Availability for full-time hours based on business needs and performance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
- Ability to handle physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain within 30 days
Job Duties
- Leading the team during your shift and keeping operations on point
- Training and supporting team members with instructional guidance
- Jumping in wherever needed: front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep
- Managing shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
- Opening and/or closing the store using clear checklists and routines
- Monitoring staffing and labor costs during your shift
- Making sure cleanliness, service, and food quality all hit the Carl's Jr. standard
