Job Requirements
- Be 18 or older
- have a Food Handler's Permit or can get one within 30 days
- have basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
- can lift up to 50 lbs
- can stand for a full shift
- lead by example and support others
- maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workday

Job Duties
- Leading the team during your shift and keeping operations on point
- training and supporting team members with instructional guidance
- jumping in wherever needed: front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep
- managing shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
- opening and/or closing the store using clear checklists and routines
- monitoring staffing and labor costs during your shift
- making sure cleanliness, service, and food quality all hit the Carl's Jr. standard
