- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- possess basic math skills
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- on your feet for a full shift
- have or obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days
- availability for full-time hours based on business need and performance

Job Duties
- Leading the team during your shift and keeping operations on point
- training and supporting team members with instructional guidance
- jumping in wherever needed including front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep
- managing shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
- opening and/or closing the store using clear checklists and routines
- monitoring staffing and labor costs during your shift
- ensuring cleanliness, service, and food quality meet Carl's Jr. standards
