Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Ability to lead by example and support others
- Basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for entire shifts
- Possession of a Food Handler's Permit or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Willingness to work in various restaurant areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment preferred
- Basic math skills for managing registers and scheduling
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain within 30 days

Job Duties
- Lead the team during shifts and maintain smooth operations
- Train and support team members with instructional guidance
- Work in front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep as needed
- Manage shift tasks focusing on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
- Open and/or close the store using established checklists and routines
- Monitor staffing and labor costs
- Ensure cleanliness, service, and food quality meet company standards
