Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Ability to lead by example and support others
  • Basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for entire shifts
  • Possession of a Food Handler's Permit or willingness to obtain within 30 days
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Willingness to work in various restaurant areas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment preferred
  • Basic math skills for managing registers and scheduling
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties

  • Lead the team during shifts and maintain smooth operations
  • Train and support team members with instructional guidance
  • Work in front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep as needed
  • Manage shift tasks focusing on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
  • Open and/or close the store using established checklists and routines
  • Monitor staffing and labor costs
  • Ensure cleanliness, service, and food quality meet company standards
