Job Requirements
- Be 18 or older
- have basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
- able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for a full shift
- possess or obtain a Food Handler's Permit within 30 days
- availability for full-time hours based on business need and performance

- prior experience in fast-food or retail leadership preferred

Job Duties
- Leading the team during your shift and keeping operations on point
- training and supporting team members with instructional guidance
- jumping in wherever needed including front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep
- managing shift tasks with focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
- opening and/or closing the store using clear checklists and routines
- monitoring staffing and labor costs during your shift
- ensuring cleanliness, service, and food quality all meet Carl's Jr. standards
