Job Requirements
- Be 18 or older
- have a Food Handler’s Permit or obtain one within 30 days
- be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- be on your feet for a full shift
- demonstrate basic math skills
- have leadership ability
- possess interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in fast-food or restaurant service preferred
- leadership skills and ability to motivate others
- basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
- food safety knowledge or willingness to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Leading the team during your shift and keeping operations on point
- training and supporting team members with instructional guidance
- jumping in wherever needed such as front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep
- managing shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
- opening and/or closing the store using clear checklists and routines
- monitoring staffing and labor costs during your shift
- ensuring cleanliness, service, and food quality meet Carl’s Jr. standards
