Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to stand for full shift duration
- availability to work full-time hours based on business needs
- valid Food Handler's Permit or willingness to acquire within 30 days
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- ability to lead by example and support others
- basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
- Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain one within 30 days
- prior experience in team leadership preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Leading the team during your shift and keeping operations on point
- training and supporting team members with instructional guidance
- jumping in wherever needed: front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep
- managing shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
- opening and/or closing the store using clear checklists and routines
- monitoring staffing and labor costs during your shift
- making sure cleanliness, service, and food quality all hit the Carl's Jr. standard
