Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to stand for full shift duration
  • availability to work full-time hours based on business needs
  • valid Food Handler's Permit or willingness to acquire within 30 days

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • ability to lead by example and support others
  • basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
  • Food Handler's Permit or ability to obtain one within 30 days
  • prior experience in team leadership preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Leading the team during your shift and keeping operations on point
  • training and supporting team members with instructional guidance
  • jumping in wherever needed: front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep
  • managing shift tasks with a focus on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
  • opening and/or closing the store using clear checklists and routines
  • monitoring staffing and labor costs during your shift
  • making sure cleanliness, service, and food quality all hit the Carl's Jr. standard
