Job Requirements
- Be 18 years or older
- Have basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
- Ability to stand for full shift and lift up to 50 pounds
- Hold a Food Handler's Permit or obtain one within 30 days
- Availability for full-time hours based on business need and performance
- Ability to lead by example and support others
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in fast food or retail preferred
- Ability to train and support team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for register use and scheduling

Job Duties
- Lead the team during your shift and keep operations on point
- Train and support team members with instructional guidance
- Jump in wherever needed including front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep
- Manage shift tasks focusing on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
- Open and/or close the store using clear checklists and routines
- Monitor staffing and labor costs during your shift
- Ensure cleanliness, service, and food quality meet Carl's Jr. standards
