Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to lead by example and support others
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Possess basic math skills for daily operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a full shift
- Food Handler’s Permit or obtain within 30 days
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
- Basic math skills for register, scheduling, and shift planning
- Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Lead the team during your shift and keep operations on point
- Train and support team members with instructional guidance
- Assist in front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, or prep as needed
- Manage shift tasks focusing on detail, quality, and guest satisfaction
- Open and/or close the store following checklists and routines
- Monitor staffing and labor costs during shifts
- Ensure cleanliness, service, and food quality meet Carl's Jr. standards
